What does "Remember me" mean?
If you check the "Remember me" box, you won't have to log in to the different Care2 services each time you come back. Your browser can "remember" your Member Name and Password, so you go right to using the services quicker. If you have enabled Heightened Security, must disable it before "Remember me" will work.

Important: You should always remember your Care2 Member Name and password, or write them down in a safe place.

Should I check it or not?
If you use a shared computer (in a library, Internet cafe, university, airport or other common area, DO NOT check the "Remember me" box. If you are concerned that other people might accidentally see your account information, you can still check the "Remember me" box, BUT be sure to click "Log Out" and close your browser when you leave your computer. This will ensure that we ask for Member Name and password the next time you access any Care2 service.

What if I change my mind?
You can log out by clicking the "Log Out" button from a Care2 product. Or, when you are logged in, you can go to your My Care2 page and uncheck the "Remember me" box.

Can I Hide my Login Name?
For your convenience, your login name will usually show up in the login form. If you share a computer, you may prefer to keep your name hidden. To block your name so it does not appear pre-populated in the login form, follow these instructions:
  1. Login
  2. Go to the Hightened Security page.
  3. Turn heightened security ON
