Most wonderful place ever! 365 acre wildlife sanctuary, shelter, cemetery. They need your support!

I volunteer at BHS when I can and I really think they've done a great job to reach out to the community in all manners to help the animals find a great home. They really work hard to make sure adopters and the animals are a great match.

Wonderful shelter, they give all the animals great care and try to find the best homes possible for them. They have an animal cemetary, spay and neuter center, low-cost wellness center, trainers to work with the animals, and great staff that love what they do. Very dedicated shelter and one of the only non-euthansizing in the Baltimore area!
