America's Favorite Animal Shelter Contest

I used to work at the Humane Society for Greater Nashua, and my coworkers and boss taught me everything I know about animals. They are all wonderful people who genuinely care about every single animal's well being. They will sit by the side of a scared cat to get them to eat, and they will do their best to find every single animal a good home. HSFGN is the best shelter around, and they've given me so much, including my cat who I love immensely!

The people who work and volunteer at the Nashua Humane Society are dedicated to helping all the animals that come into the shelter. They maintain a clean, friendly and loving atmosphere for the animals in their care.

As in employee of the shelter i see everything that happens behind the scenes and i know that every person there is ALWAYS looking out for the best interest in the animal!

They help dogs, cats, and other furry animals friends, not only from the local community but from the entire nation. Remember, they need your help also.

We just adopted a kitty from the Humane Society and everyone there was very helpful and caring...wish we could have adopted more!!! The work they do is amazing!!!

Humane Society of Greater Nashua places an incredicble number of animals. The staff and volunteers are wonderful.

THE STAFF IS GREAT, WE GO THERE ALL THE TIME TO VISIT WITH THE CATS. WE HAVE FOSTERED AND ADOPTED. FOSTER PROCESS WAS GREAT, HAD GOOD SUPPORT SYSTEM, THE ADOPTION PROCESS WAS GREAT, AND JUST GOING THERE TO VISIT THE CATS ITS CLEAN, FRIENDLY, GOOD ENVIRONMENT.

Humane Society for Greater Nashua does the 2nd highest number of adoptions in the state of NH, with a building that has had no renovations or additions. There is Pride in the shelter that people have commentate is not seen in others.

The people are kind, helpful, and knowledgeable about the animals. They keep records of who is looking for which type of animal and make follow up phone calls when a possible match occurs.

Visited last uear while in the area...I didn't want to leave! The place is very well kept and all the pets seem very happy and content...I was in love with every single one of them! When I hear of anyone here talking about getting a pet - I force them to go to the website for Humane Society for Greater Nashua...they will not regret it!

A great place

My extended family and I have given several cats from here their forever homes. The staff is fantastic with the animals, and it is clear that they are looking for the animals to get the best forever home that they can.
