Adopt A cat is a wonderful no-kill shelter where cats can wait safely for their forever homes.

I've been a volunteer for 20 years, so I know for a fact that it is a NO KILL shelter and no one receives a paid salary. The dedicated group of volunteers never ceases to amaze me by what they're willing to do to save kitties. I'm proud to be one of them!

I volunteered at this shelter and brought my heart about how many unwanted cats there were. Me and my family were looking into adopt a cat or two. So we did. Most people don't like to adopt older cats because of problems. But I don't regret every adopting my two. Josie, we gave away to a couple who lived next to us. They're cat died and they gave her a good home. The other cat was a big black cat Big girl who we renamed as Serenity. We have had Serenity for 5 years. We love her. She very loving and knows when someone was done and comes right over to give her company which we love. My mom who has bipolar gets depressed and Serenity has helped her alot.
