Animal Shelter of Schoharie Valley
This staff works so hard to take good care of their animals and find them homes. I've volunteered a few times down there and you can see the love they put into all the animals. Their shelter needs work BADLY and $10,000 would help a lot!
They have succeeded for many years to keep this shelter up and running..even with little funding and sparse donations..and lack of volunteers from time to time.. They have and continue to house and save as many animals as any shelter has..
I would love to see them rewarded for all of their hard work and their passion for these abandoned animals..
It is a wonderful resource for our rural area. I have had them help me place a foster dog which I rescued from a kill shelter.
