New Leash on Life is an all volunteer run organization that uses foster homes instead of a facility. They have a 2 week foster-to-adopt period where a potential adopter can make sure their new dog is the right fit for their family and they encourage adopters to give the dog back to them if it isn't. They truly care that their dogs find their forever homes!
