They do awesome work on behalf of dogs. Their volunteers work tirelessly rescuing dogs from local reserves and also owner surrendered. Puppies are taken to puppy socialization classes, dogs are given medical attention, many volunteers pay expenses out of their own pockets. They seriously screen potential adopters to make sure the dogs find their forever homes. A financial boost would be greatly deserved :)

Misty Creek goes the extra mile, having widely publicized events such as the upcoming Adopt-a-thon. They work hard to find their pets a forever home.

I love that fact that they are a "no kill" Shelter, that takes any dogs of any age and from any location. Our furry friends are well worth it !

They are a no kill rescue and they are willing to accept dogs from other areas such as the Yukon and from the United States when necessary. They participate in spay/neuter clinics and are all very caring individuals.

Misty Creek does an amazing job of finding wonderful families for puppies.
