I love making in a difference in these animals lives. It's hard sometimes not being able to do more but for these little souls we are making all the difference in the world!!!
The love and affection these animals receive while in the care of Helping Paws is amazing. They give so much of their time and attention to all of their animals, and I have recommended to everyone I have shown my puppy to, to go to Helping Paws if they're ever in the market for getting an animal. I admire Teresa for all her dedication to these animals and we need more shelters like Helping Paws. :)

Teresa does great work. She and the rest of the Helping Paws volunteers really care about the animals they rescue. She makes a connection with all of the new families the dogs go to as can be seen by the number of families in attendance at the reunion every year.

The animals we take into our homes become our family, this is an action made so much easier by the fact that their shelter already felt like a home. Their care for animals, during and after the adoption mean these lucky animals have family right from the start.
