I adopted a "Red Collar" kitty there this past summer and was pleasantly surprised to learn what a wonderful facility it is! Every staff member and volunteer I spoke with was knowledgeable and friendly, the facility is clean and attractive, and the animals are clearly well cared for. I wish I had met my little Theodora sooner, but thanks to their no-kill policy, she was kept there, safe and sound, until our introduction. Plus, they do free nail trims for adoptees... a huge plus to us cat owners! THANK YOU, ANIMAL FRIENDS!

This organization does such wonderful work with resucing the animals, in placing them in loving and responsible homes. They have interesting and educational classes for all family menbers from the young children to adults never having a pet before. Knowledgeable lecturers give interesting talks that keep everyone informed about the need to care for all the animals. The no kill policy is what I believe in.

We adopted our boy from this shelter and he was in great shape and well taken care of. They do a beautiful job here and are NO KILL so we really need to help them keep it that way. I know the joy that we receive each and every day from our baby and the handsome man we had before we got when he was 4wks. old and we lost him just about a month short of 20 yrs. so they will bring more joy than you can ever hope to give them. Please help this wonderful shelter!

No Kill need i say more, they need help so that they can take in more animals they are always at max with waiting lists
