America's Favorite Animal Shelter Contest

Spay/neuter emphasis.

HCW is really out there working for our little friends. I wasn't even looking for a shelter but stumbled on HCW because they displayed some animals in a local PetSmart for adoption. We (naturally) have adopted 2 from there so far. They take awesome care of the little critters, from foster homes to altering safely and affordably to keeping up with vaccines. I've referred numerous people who have ALL been just as impressed but most notably, an elderly couple took in 2 stray kittens who proceeded to become Mama cats in short order... needless to say, on their VERY low social security income, they thought they were unable to properly care for all the kitties and were sadly resigned to having them all put down for lack of money to care for them. HCW provided answers for these sweet elderly folks!!! They are now proud owners of 3 (original 2 plus one kitten) spayed, healthy, shots up-to-date kitties and it was all in their budget thanks to HCW.

I believe Heaven Can Wait which I have done volunteer work with in the past Has Integrity & puts the well-being of the creatures above all else ...

They are fantastic because they assited me twice when I really needed it! :)
