I think the Calhoun County Humane Society deserves to win the $15,000 this month due to the recent tornadoes at the end of April. The people at the Calhoun County Humane Society are my heroes because they are in the business of taking abused and neglected animals and finding homes for them.

I have gotten two of the best dogs there as well as a cat...This shelter needs any kind of help they can get, so that's why I am voting for us!

They are able to care for many different species not just dogs and cats. They are in desperate need for this type of money right now due to all the extra animals they are caring for due to all the tornadoes and bad weather we have been having. They are caring for these extra animals while the owners are trying to get back on their feet.
