Government officials have yet to acknowledge the crisis and fund more no kill shelters and TNRM programs and education in the schools about care and kindness for animals. Rainbow Friends is these poor animals angels and second chance. Mary Rose has helped me personally with abandoned kittens and dogs. She never stops and is always in need of volunteers. I applaud Rainbow Friend and all non profits who dedicate their lives to helping these four legged angels. "
