They work hard to save lives everyday and find forever homes for their animals.....
So many precious lives saved.
I love WCR because they work tirelessly in an area where they are often unwanted and unappreciated by the public, in a place where spay and neuter programs are struggling to get their message out and more animals die every year than in the entire UK. They work in a area of the country where animals are often considered disposable and easily thrown-away/replaced. Yet for all the heartache and struggle and hardship, the WCR volunteers keep trying, keep rescuing as many as they can, keep going back into the trenches every day to save cats from death. For that they have my complete support and admiration.
I love Winging Cats Rescues because there aren't many cat rescues, let alone ones that work as hard as this rescue does to save the lives of cats. They have a difficult job to do - saving the many cats that end up in high kill shelter. They are a very caring bunch and deserve to win so that they can continue helping these cats and kittens in need.
