A no-kill shelter taking in the strays of Manchester. Plus we do low to no cost spay/neuter for cats. FREE spay/neuter of pit bulls, offer a pet food pantry and rescue dogs from the south who would be euthanized. A great shelter!

With minimal funds but endless supply of LOVE, care, concern and faith in these animals is overwhelming and I am very proud to be part of such a group. When I look into the eyes of these beings, I know they will be given the chance that was never offered to them before....

FMAS staff works so incredibly hard. They are the voice of all the homeless animals in our area. I have been in there several times to donate, they are a wonderful group of people.

The Manchester Animal Shelter is a NO KILL Animal shelter for animals of all kinds. The shelter even brings in animals from other places where no kill shelters are not available. This is a crucial service provided so that more animals can be saved!

As a volunteer of the Friends of Manchester Animal Shelter, I see first hand how loving the staff and volunteers are towards the animals and how dedicated they are in finding each animal their forever home. Each animal is treated with dignity and respect. FMAS does so much good while stretching resources, and the community support is phenomenal. I'm proud to have FMAS in my community!

they have always been there for the city, and people who love their pets yet can't afford to feed them, AND the animals!!!!!!!

I have adopted a dog and cat from the shelter. Both are treasured members of our family. They were very pleasant to work with. They do wonderful things for the unwanted animals in our area!

I got my cat Knowlton there years ago and he is the best friend a girl could have. He was a cat that in many other shelters would have been put down. This shelter helped me pick the companion that was perfect for me and I will always love them for that!

Helping animals is awesome. Thank you for all you do for them! No one deserves it more than the loving, caring animals of this world!

They do an awesome job taking care of any animal in need and they work hard at placing adoptable animals in new homes.

They are so Friendly and truly care for the animals, i got my kitty here and she is the sweetest lovable cat.
