First class facility. They do a terrific job helping homeless animals by giving them love as well as a nice place to await a forever home.

Charleston Animal Society focuses on helping all animals in the Lowcountry--whether adoption, spay/neuter clinics, advocacy, and even criminal prosecution--and in so doing helps develop a stronger community for animals and their humans. I'm proud to vote for them as shelter of the year!

They have the most dedicated personnel and the facilities are top notch, yep a real Hilton for our 4-legged friends. They deserve this $$ because they also have so many programs that reach out to the community and "teach" everyone the important of animal responsibilies. They ROCK!!

The Charleston Animal Society really cares for their animals and they hold many awareness, adoption and fund raising events.

CAS has a wonderful facility. Kay Hyman and the other shelter staff work very hard to save the animals that need help. We have a dog and a cat that we adopted from the CAS.

The Charleston Animal Society is an open admissions shelter that takes in and cares for over 12,000 animals a year. They care about EVERY animal that walks through the door and are constantly fighting to save their lives.
