Deborah Shell has done an outstanding job of protecting and restoring to health many abused feathered friends. She has been dedicated to the welfare of the birds for as long as I have known her, which is over 20 years. She is deserving of any support that would help maintain her ability to continue in her efforts.
Wings Over The Rainbow not only provides shelter and love for abused and abandoned birds who live there, it also helps the people who enter find an inner peace while there.
I have been there several times,a lot of love and care and respect go into theses wonderful birds,that other people have given up on.
Wings over the Rainbow is such a wonderful place ! i loved working there and helping out such wonderful birds that were neglected and abused ... Debbie is such a wonderful and caring lady.
