Turtle Gardens is truly a special shelter. We adopted our dog, Grey, from TG almost 3 years ago - we could not have asked for a more perfect friend, can't imagine not having him part of our family. Yvette, Dave and their family are exceptional people, their dedication and compassion to the animals in their care is an inspiration. They do amazing work in often very difficult circumstances - they deserve all the help they can get. Way to go TG, keep up the great work!
Turtle Gardens is the only place that I know that give their hearts and soul to the animals that are rescued and placed there. I have visited T.G. a couple of times and I see and hear how they look after the helpless and neglected animal of who would not have a home to go to before they are adopted out to people that really want a pet.
Turtle Gardens does the most amazing work, under the most difficult circumstances. They truly deserve all the help they can get.
so deserving, it is difficult enough doing this type of work in the urban areas but up north it is 10x more difficult.Their modesty is also a credit to them.
They save the lives of hundreds of animals every year and need all the help they can get!
