This group does a fantastic job at rescuing and placing animals; they are always busy! The staff is always willing to help, honest, and constantly give 150% of themselves. They have their act together and the animals benefit from that. You couldn't ask for better!

I love this organization, they have helped me numerous times with animals and because they are hard working women who care about the welfare of all types of animals, they are up front and honest and what you see is what you get! >o

Animal Advocates of Moore County has the biggest heart around as they care not only for the animals in our community but also for the people who love those animals. They go to extraordinary measures to help everyone in need and to create positive change in the area, working tirelessly through a strong core of volunteers.

Animal Advocates goes into many difficult situations to rescue abused animals-- something most of us could not bear to do-- in their devotion to bringing safety and the chance of a forever home to these sadly ill-treated cats and dogs. Barb and the many devoted AAMC volunteers give the chance for love-- and life-- to so many animals (my two wonderful cats included) that there would never be enough words to express our thanks. Regrettably, as a TV commercial says, "there are bad [people] out there," and AAMC never ceases saving, rescuing, treating, loving, and giving new hope to so many grateful animals. A prize like this would be such a help for their amazingly caring work.
