Seagoville shelter is a tiny shelter that is trying very hard to be a no kill shelter & they need money to build a new shelter. They only have 10 pens & lots of dogs & kitties.

They truly care! They are really trying to do the best for the animals. They also want to be a no-kill shelter. They are so small and desperate for funds. They should be commended for trying to do right by the animals.

Sgt. Bailey has vowed to maintain a no kill status. He works tirelessly with volunteers to achieve this. He spends so many hours and does not get paid for all he does as this is a City Shelter. He is so amazing I cannot even put into words the amount of dedication he has to the animals! There was a news story on Channel 8 in Dallas about his efforts. His name is Karl W. Bailey.

With new management this shelter works so hard to be a no kill animal shelter. They hold adoptions events on weekends, post on facebook and other sites, etc to try to never euthanize an animal for space. This is a wonderful shelter with excellent management!

This is the Little Shelter that Could!! They are trying to become NO KILL, and have done an astounding job of saving dogs. No Kill since November!! They provide loving care, work with volunteers, and genuinely believe in the NO KILL equation. They need our help to make this little municipal shelter a success!
