In every life, there are ups and downs. But what if you could plan for them? Calculating your biorhythms could help you do just that.
Enter your birth date to see what how you're feeling today.

What are Biorhythms?
According to biorhythms theory, our lives are affected by three primary cycles: Physical, emotional and intellectual. The cycles start at a middle point at birth, and then go up and down from this point at different rates throughout our lifetimes. Some people report that they can improve the quality of their life by monitoring these highs and lows.
Generally, the more high or positive a given cycle is at any given time, the better one can interact in the related arena. The reverse is true during low or negative points of a cycle. If you are at a negative point, you can still perform well in the affected area, but it will just be more difficult. But with a biorhythms reading you will know this and can plan accordingly.
So if you're feeling ecstatic, sad, energized or unmotivated, but you don't know why--it could be your biorhythms!
Remind yourself to check your biorhythms whenever you want!

I only check Biorhythms or the moon cycle when things are crummy. Coincidentally or not, it's the full moon, I'm PMSing, or my biorhythms are low when things seem horrible.
I'm not a firm believer in any of them, but it certainly does provide a healthy non-entity to place the blame (and thus move on!).

I have an up and down every month and I cannot connect it with anything but a cycle of some sort. I didn't think it was hormonal as I am past that age. During that time I have real low energy. I have a condition called atrial fibrillation (misfiring of the heart)which makes the heart beat erratically and very fast.It doesn't happen all the time but when it does it is always during the 10-19th of the month. So, I looked at the biorhythms chart for those days and my health rhythm is way down during that time. So, I am thinking that something happens in my body to cause the heart to misfire when my heath rhythm is down. Anyone ever experience something like this. Sharon

I notice that my emotional and physical lines are always going in oposite directions...how is this to be interpretated? I would have thought if you feel good physically that the emotional status would also be flowing in the same direction????

definitely accurate. I check it every day and it's right on. My intellectual is at the high point, but by ophysical is on the way down and my emotional is at rock bottom. Definitely accurate.

I find Biorhythms very helpful and generally bang on. Many thanks.
The spelling-challenged may have trouble searching for this page when typing biorithms or biorythms and even biorithimz or bioritmos, not to mention biorithums and biorithims. Instead, just look for biorhythms under our Health & Wellness category.
