In every life, there are ups and downs. But what if you could plan for them? Calculating your biorhythms could help you do just that.
Enter your birth date to see how you're feeling today.
Want to see how you might feel before a big meeting or dinner engagement next week or want to figure out the best time to have a party? Just type in a future date.
What are Biorhythms?
According to biorhythms theory, our lives are affected by three primary cycles: Physical, emotional and intellectual. The cycles start at a middle point at birth, and then go up and down from this point at different rates throughout our lifetimes. Some people report that they can improve the quality of their life by monitoring these highs and lows.
Generally, the more high or positive a given cycle is at any given time, the better one can interact in the related arena. The reverse is true during low or negative points of a cycle. If you are at a negative point, you can still perform well in the affected area, but it will just be more difficult. But with a biorhythms reading you will know this and can plan accordingly.
So if you're feeling ecstatic, sad, energized or unmotivated, but you don't know why--it could be your biorhythms!
Remind yourself to check your biorhythms whenever you want!

I have a condition (AFIB) which causes my heart to beat very fast and erratic at times. I have noticed a pattern that it happens during the same period of ten days and I always feel off my usual well being during that time. I have followed the bio's in August and the chart was right on with my feelings especially in the health pattern. I increased some supplements during that down time for "health" and I am happy to say I had no erratic beats, although I still felt the "down" time, no major health issues. I will continue to follow my bio's and adjust my lifestyle accordingly...what harm can it do?

I'm not sure if it works or not, but I'm having a very down week (I tend to suffer with anxiety quite a bit) and this week is bad - also says it in my biorhythms. Like i say I'm not sure if it is right or not as I doubt if I felt good I would be looking here - but the next 2 weeks are still on a downward curve so I'm not looking forward to that!

Same date entered same response. My biorythm reflects quite well how I feel and respond at the moment.

I checked again and now the biorhythm says something different for the same date. WHY is that? What's going on. People submit the same date twice and see what your reading says.

I always have noticed that when my female cycle begins I was always a bit more vulnerable(in all aspects). It is right on, although I feel much better than the chart says I should. yesterday was right on though. I'd be willing to learn more about the biorhythms. The Europeans & Japanese have always been more in touch with medicine than us. Is there a book anyone can recommend to help me learn more?

Well, i really dont know if it works...for instance, my Bio for today says that i'm on top of my emotional cycle and i feel a bit down and not as happy as yesterday. It also says that my physical cycle is very low and i feel great, just yesterday i went to the gym and pushed harder than the time before and i still feel great.. So if the Bio stats wore right i should be feeling emotionally very well and physically not on my best days...it sure doesn't feel to be correct though...

I am just getting into the biorhythms information and I wondered if there is a good book someone could recommend so I could understand it better. I am searching for a health issue situation connected with bio. Thanks, Sharon

I've been an avid Biorythm follower since 1974, when a neighbor worked at Stanford's huge computer lab. He'd run off friends Biorythms for the entire year. I posted them on my fridge and they were SO right on and still are. The Japanese Govt. issued biorythms for it's Bullet Train Engineers and found when their workers didn't work on the days their Physical crossed the median (critical day) their accident rates fell dramatically!thanks!
The spelling-challenged may have trouble searching for this page when typing biorithms or biorythms and even biorithimz or bioritmos, not to mention biorithums and biorithims. Instead, just look for biorhythms under our Health & Wellness category.
