My family make a choice to not put me down or let me die a very horrible death. I know I did not look good and with colic it is a touch and go every moment it took to get me on the operating table.
It is the beginning of day two after the life threading operation. You see I did have a twisted intestine and if my family would not have of been so fast on taking me to the hospital I would have died very painfully.
Now we face the hospital bill that is climbing as long as I stay in. We are reminded serval times a day if money does not come in that they are not sure what kind of treatment I can get.
I am doing good with the care and medication now and I will die if I do not continue with it for the next few days.
Is it right for humans to get pain medication, antibiotic and Iv fluids and I can not just from lack of money?
I have a great change to recover. Please go to my blog site read my story and help me live.
We're in the last two and a half weeks of the contest! The last day to vote is January 31st. I can tell you that based on our last contest, it isn't over yet. A big push or some local press can help your favorite group move into the top twenty prize-winning spots and even into first place!
Please click below and get an understanding of the odds this group is battling against! They are a no-kill shelter in a very poor section of West Virginia and they help ALL kinds of animals. I have been helping them for over a year now, and believe me they've had some rough setbacks, but they keep going! I am inspired by their love for the animals. By the way, some of you already know about this group through the Pocahontas Shelter group and Jaime. If you agree, please go vote and then pass the word on to your other animal loving friends. First place is $10,000...but the other 20 gift amounts will help thoroughly too! Here is the link to their site:
Please help the dogs of "SOSCoky" - the Canile of Santa Maria di Castellabate, Campania, Italy - in signing our petition. The area of the Canile is placed at a former rubbish-ground without infrastructure. There is no electricity and water. Many of the dogs are sick - suffering of Leishmaniose, Ehrlichose or other diseases. Already five years ago the municipials have promised a new area for the Canile, but 'till now nothing has happened. It is time for keeping promises now!! Join our petition please! Thank you!!
This PETITION AIMS AT "BOYCOTTING" KERALA by appealing to all countries and their citizens not to visit Kerala as a TOURIST, till all this stops.
This petition would be submitted to the :
1) Ministry of Tourism 2) State Government of Kerala 3) Central government of India
and other authorities to let them know that KERALA'S MAIN SOURCE OF REVENUE,
i.e. T O U R I S M INDUSTRY is being targetted by the people of this world.
Please do sign this petition and ask others to do, this will directly tell the authorities, that people have participated actively by choosing not to come to Kerala. Please remember if tourism comes down in Kerala, the whole state economy is affected severly.
This is the only way of making them see our concern and the pain of the speechless animals.
For & on Behalf of
Citizens For Animals
New Delhi, India
Kerala, located on the southwestern tip of India has been BRUTALLY killing Dogs, Turtles, Rabbits, and all animals for a long time now.
The government, local Environment and Forest Department and the representatives of the government entrusted with PROTECTING the wild life and animals are themselves flouting the laws.
The ILLEGAL act happens in the open in front of children, people and tourists.
The barbarism with which the people, government and everybody is KILLING, SKINNING ALIVE and TORTURING the poor animals is indescribable.
The following links have proof enough to substantiate our claims :
1) Ministry of Tourism 2) State Government of Kerala 3) Central government of India 4) Other authorities
This petition's goal is to target Kerala's tourism industry which is their main source of revenue, by appealing to the citizens of the world to boycott Kerala until this barbarism is stopped.
Please sign this petition and ask others too in order to directly communicate to the authorities that people are participating actively by choosing not to come to Kerala. Please remember if tourism comes down in Kerala, the whole state of the economy is affected severely.
This is the only way of making them see our concern for the pain of those who are helpless and without voices...these animals.
