Simplicity Circles are designed to foster reflection, conversation, and genuine dialogue with regard to the ideals of voluntary simplicty. Issues of importance include, but are not limited to:

* Transforming Personal Consumption: Why we consume, and how we need to reduce consumption;

* Finding Your Passion: Thinking of ways to earn money from your passion;

* Building Community: Learning how to build more community in our lives;

* Community Continued: Understanding how society discourages community and thinking of ways to encourage it at work;

* Living Mindfully: Understanding how to slow down and live mindfully

* Transforming Work: Thinking of ways to improve the work situation;

And much more!

Based upon the book "The Circle Of Simplicity, Return To The Good Life" By Cecile Andrews, this venue allows us to share our experiences, suggestions, viewpoints and resources to enrich our lives by reducing our commitment to consumerism and clutter.

Let us join together in a circle of concerned and caring friends to help one another attain the joy, peace and happiness that can only come through living simply.

I read about that book yesterday in Simple Abundance and then I was invited to this group today. Coincidence?
