SB861 passed WITHOUT the PEOPLE OF CALIFORNIA'S VOTE on 10-7-05. We want to VOTE on this unfair Breed Specific Legislation & need 400,000 signatures on petitions filed by 1-1-06. We need volunteers to get hard copy signatures to pass our Referendum!!
