The state gets paid for each child taken out of their home, the foster parents get paid for housing the child, and the state gets paid more money for adopting them out to whoever will take them. It is a MONEY MAKING BUSINESS using children as POSESSIONS that can be bought and sold.
Actually, they are stolen first. STOLEN from their family, GIVEN to foster care, and finally SOLD to the general public.
