Lentil Soup

• Dried lentil 1 1/4 cups
  


• Chicken breast ½ piece


• Chopped onion 1/2 cup


• Carrots 1/4 cup


• Thyme (dried) 1/2 tsp
  


• Nutmeg A pinch


• Salt A pinch


• Black pepper according to taste.

• Make small pieces of chicken and mix with lentils.


• Add thyme, nutmeg, salt, white pepper and water.


• Boil it until cooked.


• Spray medium frying pan and sauté onion and carrots for 6 minute but don’t let the color change to brown.


• Add cooked lentils.


• Simmer for 10-15 minutes.


• Serve in soup bowls.
