Puppy Passions Rescue and Transport is a system inclusive to services to shelters, rescue care for communities, and animal welfare organizations.
PPRT has connections to professionals, animal control officers, animal abuse investigators, animals rights attorneys, and other critical, important professionals that deal with all levels of animal welfare, in most of the USA.
Another goal, and work we do is systematically matching people to the most appropriate pet, organizations, resources, or means to give help and provisions to the caring of animals, at all levels of the animals needs. Our biggest focus and goals is to help relieve the rescuing works of stress and over burdened situations.
PPRT's processes, are detailed and high quality reviewing & validations of applicants/entities/organizations, and verifying suitablity of animal care-givers and rescuing entities, ensuring that every animal is going to the best home OR rescue entity available, to our knowledge. Our policy is that companion dogs up for adoption by any entity or persons be fully vetted -heart worm neg, or treated, spay/neutered, with proof of veterinarian records of health, or a health cert.
We also offer educational materials and responsible pet ownership informations.

Puppy mills are nothing new! These mass dog-breeding operations have been in existence for decades, but they continue to be a growing on-going problem because unsuspecting consumers keep buying those adorable puppies in the pet store window or from unscrupulous breeders. You may even find these puppies on some slick internet site or in an ad in your local trusted newspaper or even in your own neighborhood.
Behind the friendly facade of these pet shops, web sites, and newspaper ads, there often lies a puppy mill. These canine breeding facilities frequently house dogs in shockingly poor conditions, particularly for "breeding stock" animals who are caged and continually bred for years. The poor dogs go without human companionship and with little hope of ever becoming part of a family. CLICK FOR MORE INFORMATION
