The main focus of this Research & Development Co-op
Is to replace fossil fuels with Hydrogen Gas via using the Australian Sunshine(which is a rich and plentiful resource). To split sea water in the Great Australian Bight, into hydrogen gas and oxygen gas. We can store the hydrogen gas for fuel and release the oxygen into the atmosphere.
Due to the sheer cost of research & development of the solar hydrogen economy. The Phoenix Hydrogen Research & Development Co-op must remain non-profit. There is no room in the cost structure of the solar hydrogen economy for a profit margin
The average person produces about 50,000 kilograms of carbon dioxide emissions per year from fossil fuels via motor vehicles and electricity. Due to the financial structure of The Phoenix Hydrogen Research & Development Co-op. Each individual needs only to offset the CO2 emissions for one year(50,000 kilograms) as opposed to the lifetime emissions of 3,750,000 kilograms of CO2.
Too offset carbon dioxide emissions with Hydrogen Fuel. We need to produce about 13 kilograms of hydrogen gas per day per person. Offsetting Carbon Dioxide emissions via funding Solar Hydrogen in the Australian desert. Is more realistic and more positive outlook, than Carbon Dioxide capture and storage. Due to the fact that we as a society, are reducing the consumption of Fossil Fuels and the thereby reducing the output of CO2. With an energy system that is at the zero level, in the pollution landscape. With the combustion of hydrogen and oxygen, leading to the creation of fresh water. Which can be recycled back into the Earth's Eco-system, with zero impact on the environment

My name is Craig John Clark, I've been interested in the hydrogen economy since I was 14 years old. When in a high school experiment we spilt water into hydrogen and oxygen. During this experiment I saw the explosive potential of hydrogen as a fuel.
When you consider that hydrogen combusts in an internal combustion engine or fuel cell to produce fresh water. when combined with the potential of solar energy. We see the creation of the prefect fuel system.
A fuel system that taps into the almost endless supply of sunshine to produce electricity between the hours of 9.00am to 3.00pm, via splitting sea water into hydrogen and oxygen. We produce a fuel system that has the ability to supply electricity on a 24 hour bases
It is the storage potential of hydrogen gas for energy, that gives renewable electricity the ability to compete with fossil fuels. The advantage of fossil fuels is that they are a steady and stable source of energy. The renewable energy market needs the ability to complete with fossil fuels, in this on demand energy market. The ability of Solar Hydrogen Economy to produce and store solar energy via hydrogen and compete with the on demand energy market. Is really the ideal energy solution. Without the Hydrogen Technology the renewable energy market does not have the ability to complete with fossil fuels energy system in terms of a stable and steady supply

The Sale price of Solar Hydrogen
The wholesale price for Solar Hydrogen at the farm gate is about $3.00 per kilogram. Keep in mind that one kilogram of Solar Hydrogen is equal too three kilograms(litres) of fossil fuels(unleaded and diesel) in energy content. That is to say, in the same internal combustion engine, you would get three times the mileage on Solar Hydrogen Gas. When compared to fossil fuels
Peak oil between 2000 & 2010
Peak oil is a term used to describe the crude oil industry, when we have used 50% of world crude oil supplies. Currently the usage of crude oil is increasing by 105.1% per year or as a decimal 1.051. We currently have over one billion crude oil vehicles on the road, world wide. With an increase in consumption of crude oil at 5.1% per year, we will see the total number of vehicles running crude oil double by 2025 to a total of two billion. We are likely to see restrictions of supply of crude oil by 2050, if not sooner.
Some so called experts are pushing the increased usage of plant based fuel crops such as ethanol and bio diesel. From sugar cane and sunflower or peanut crops. With the introduction of plant based fuel crops, we see a decline in food production of between 30% and 50% by 2050. At a time when the world wide population is set to explode to a record level of 14,000,000,000 souls. Double the current level of 7,000,000,000 souls in 2010. So how on earth are farmers going to keep up the demands of so called experts that support the introduction of plant based fuel crops.
It is impossible to meet the world demands for food and fuels with so called plant based fuel crops
If the demand for motorize vehicles continued to grow via 105.1% per year. Up until 2050 we will see a world free of poverty with 7,000,000,000 motorize vehicles for a population of 14,000,000,000 souls. At a time when we are due to run out of crude oil.
So what are the requirements of the world economy under Solar Hydrogen by 2050. We need to increase the production of Solar Hydrogen by a seven fold increase over current crude oil demands, plus we must increase food production by 200%. At some point the world's economy is going to break under the strain of the fuel demands or food demands if not both. A major social change in the world eco system must take place if we are to meet the demands of the loss of crude oil and natural gas.
The voluntary one child policy
We need to introduce on a personal level a voluntary one child policy world wide to stabilize the world population at 7,000,000,000 souls. If we can do this by 2050, we lower the demand of Solar Hydrogen fuel to three billion vehicles. As the living standard of the world's poorest people improves. Which is more important, An unlimited child policy which leads to a world wide population of 14,000,000,000 souls by 2050. Or a voluntary one child policy to limited the current world wide population to a sustainable level of 7,000,000,000 souls by 2050. With a three fold increase in energy demands
The future demands that we ask ourselves the hardest questions, for the survival of our way of life.
The future within the confines of a hybrid economy. The keys to a hybrid economy, 1) human powered transport, 2) ethanol powered air transport, 3) hydrogen powered heavy transport
I see a future where powered transport for the individual is banned to the level of bicycle or public transport. This bicycle powered economy has the advantage of improving human fitness levels and is carbon dioxide neutral.
This solar powered economy through the energy storage system of hydrogen does not have the ability to power air transport, unless we build solar powered helium airships, So society will most likely turn towards ethanol powered air transport. Through desert farming of sugar cane
Heavy transport from 3 tonne to 20 plus tonne road transport plus cargo ships should and will most likely be power via solar hydrogen
