I apologize that I have been absent from this community, but it has been due to our need to move to a new location. Before living in Vermont, we lived on the west coast. We have had some hard luck in Vermont and have made the decision to move back. This last month we have traveled the north east coast, saw the fireworks in DC on the 4th, traveled through 9 other states, and are currently waiting for car repairs to complete our journey to northern California.

Laws should be made to benefit all of the citizens that they effect. Earth College has developed the 'Zero Emissions Energy Mandate' with this in mind and we ask that everyone will sign and share this mandate with others so that we may make effective policies for the betterment of our society and environment in the near future.
I am seeking a level headed individual who feels capable of helping this group become a hot ticket. At the moment it is just me working on any computer I can find with internet access and when I can find the time. I would really apreciate your help.
