I joined, I joined... that should bring the reading level in the group down a little bit! I finished 2 books yesterday Both by Meg Cabot, Princess Diaries VII (that series is funny, because they make fun of the movies in it) and Avalon High. Interesting if you like/know the King Arthur legends. Both of those are YA books (young adult...aka teens)

Exactly. Except I'm taller. It would be hard to type if I were only an inch tall. And I walk around with my tongue sticking out all the time.

Awsome, brat girl !!! Do you stick out your tongue when you read or think to yourself?
I'm short, a little on the plum side (not a whole lot but enough to have to lose a few extra lbs). REading doesn't seem to help this, but hey, I use my braincells and keep them focused, right?
I'm presently studying as well and due to mandatory study-reading I don't alot too much time to leisure reading - as I would NEVER do that reading which I hate!
I like suspense thrillers the most - Jeffrey Deaver has got to be my fav. and then Tami Hoag and JA Janse as well. I also LOVE Bill Bryson and Douglas Adams (unfortunate to not have him 'with' us any longer). I also love the romantic-comedy-20-30-something books - is there actually a category for this type of book? Maeve Binchy, Jill Mansell, Jane Green, etc...and then on a more informational note I enjoy documentary type books and National Geographic!
Ok...back to the non-leisure reading but the type that seriously taxes the brain...
Hi All, just thought I'd introduce myself. I live in Perth, Western Australia, love the climate and lifestyle here. I love reading too, at present my favourite author is Anita Shreve, I have just read her 'Light on Snow' - an amazing book!
