The slaugherting of all sentient life - for whatever reason - is completely wrong. Just because these animals are dogs, does not make it more or less of a crime. There is no such thing as 'humane' slaughter, but if one must kill for profit then do so without inflicting further torture on these unfortunate souls. Yes, you heard clearly - souls. The authorities in Thailand who can actually do something about these atrocities should be the target of this petition. There are animal rights activists in Thailand who could possibly tackle the authorities head on. May I suggest that apart from the ambassodor in Washington you go hell for leather to involve animal rights activist in Thailand. May God be with all the slaughtered creatures of this world, for I'm bloody sure God won't be with any human involved in the slaughter!
