In the listings on that site for Topeka I did not see the Marian Clinic, which is the only one I actually knew about.  Their info is at this site:

Thank you so much for adding...by the way if you know of a low cost/no cost clinic please add. 

In New London twice a month the mobile medical unit used to go around, also in Norwich CT.  They could only see to minor issues, but it would work in a pinch.
