I'm new to Care2. I came to start a petition called Talk Turkey, inspired by and working with the author of the book Eating Animals.
I saw a lot about the excerpts in the NYT Magazine and wanted to be sure that all of the lovely veggies on here had seem Jonathan Safran Foer on Ellen DeGeneres this week.
And I want to ask your support in the Talk Turkey petition on The Petition Site. We're asking you to have a meaningful conversation about your Thanksgiving meal this year. It's aimed people who would still eat a traditional turkey but that does not mean it can't benefit from your support!
