I added new photos in my profile. You could see them until I found the way to put them here.
I add some photos in my albums. They are from the seventies in Buenos Aires. Until I know how to add them here, I hope some friends could look at them. I added some photos of my brother and me playing and smiling.
I took this photo last year in Buenos Aires. The building in the background If I remember correctly is the city's electric utility offices. There was a demonstration going on in the street protesting the power rates. People were banging drums and holding signs and making speeches. The policia look a little bored.

At least until they saw the food delivery guy coming by.

This was their highlight of the day apparently.
Their uniforms look a little bit like the soldiers in one of the Star Wars movies. Pretty cool
i am reminded of the old ad slogan, "sleep tight tonight, your National Guard is awake" even thought this is a regular army chopper.
much of the National Guard is not available in country, they are in a foreign nation where many of the people wish they were back home guarding their own counrty like most of their own countrymen. It makes me sad.
A few weeks ago, I saw a good travel show on Argentina-It showed the falls, Buenos Aires and also a trip to the south and into some of the tourist towns in the south. Such a beautiful country. Three pesos to the dollar!-Ouch. The last time I was in Mexico we got 8 pesos to the dollar. The euro is high too. But there are still alot of travellers. Mucho gracias amigas-baci

While plyaing we saw special forces troops from nearby Fort Campbell, Kentucky training. They parachuted out of a helicopter and landed in the lake.

To add photos you will have to upload them to your photo album.
Thank click on the photo you want to share and drag it over to the message you want to send the photo in.
Is this enough info?
I will be happy to help more if you need it.

Like so.
I want to know how to share photographs. I have an album and I want to add photos to share.
I hope some day we can buy a new scanner to replace the old and to show our photos from Argentina. My father took a lot of them from the north to the south, while we were on holidays.
I also hope I will improve my English
We live in Buenos Aires.

The first european who saw this waterfalls was Alvaroo Nuñez Cabeza de Vaca, in December of 1541. He named the falls: "Salto de Santa Maria", but the original name survived that, and are called Iguazú, in guaraní means: "big waters". They are midcircle of 2,700 mts, and the falls go from 40 to 80 mts highs. This natural treasure is share between Brasil and Argentina, in this site in the province of Misiones.

We happened upon a formal wedding loaded with pomp and circumstance.

A few months ago while in Buenos Aires I saw this police officer and lady showing their love. After getting my camera ready I asked them to repeat their jesture which they were more than happy to do.

has some excellent photos on her profile.
Some by Christine Wiseman and by Dali. In the Wiseman collection check out the "white chair series 1" painting, What is that look she is giving. I highly recommend you take a look.
By the way, there is a Salvador Dali hanging in the national art musuem in Buenos Aires along with the work of other world famous greats and an excellent collection of Argentine art.
Check them out the next time you are in Buenos Aires.
