Hope your back is getting better, that can't be fun at all.

Snowing again and strong wind today, I'm getting tired of it even though I know we need it.

Thank you Epona for your prayers, and everyone else too. I do notice the difference in both my mental attitude and healing. I'm already off some of the doses of pain med and my doc is surprised at that. He said he didn't expect that to happen for at least another week or so. So that means I am healing fast and well.

Oh wow you've got snow we havent here in the south of England but I am told (by my hubby - silver Fox) that is raining badly up north and some of his work collegues say its snowing in Scotland.

I hope you are all okay as I wouldnt want to be stuck in the snow espically you Lady B, and it is nice to hear your on the mend. Next week i shall include your name in our circle for healing.

Hey all! Got my stitches out yesterday and a cast put on. I have never had a cast before and I don't like it! Hard to ignore the itches and cramps and sore spots, ouch. Oh well I better get used to it because it's two weeks before I go back to doc.

Have a warm weekend, no driving in the ice and snow storms.
