Does anybody want to be a co-host? Maybe Cindy as you're on so much, or anybody else is welcome to it if you think you could be dedicated enough. We need a good leader to get EVERYBODY to love ratties.  [ send green star]

Ah, I forgot to mention that I only need one. So you know, probably the most regular to the group.  [ send green star]
Co-Host October 18, 2004 9:04 AM

Well, I guess I'm not on as much as I used to be! My laptop is down again, and won't be repaired for another week or so. Unfortunately...I am already the host of two online message groups and one local group as well as a srong volunteer for a local disabled group and the member of too many groups to count on my fingers and toes! I just don't know if I would be able to find the time, although I agree with you, we need more people to keep this group running to work on our rats' reputations. What if we all just do our best to promote rats at this time - unless we find someone who can help? Cindy  [ send green star]

Hmm, ok I'll find somebody then. Maybe I'll go find one at the other rat group, plenty of people there!  [ send green star]

I can't make promises November 05, 2004 10:52 AM

I'm not sure what you'd need. I try to get on each day and check things out but my real life is busy and sometimes I'm gone for blocks of time. I don't know that there is much I do on a global scale to get people to love rats. I know I wear my boys out when I'm doing chores around the yard and people comment or answer the door wearing them. I talk to people about them and people tend to believe what I say. But this group I see as a great place to talk about my boys more than an active place to encourage "rat love". What all do you need me to do?  [ send green star]  [ accepted]

Well yes, we just talk about our rats, but we are a small group, plus what we say about our rats should probably affect people's opinions. Only I think that this group should be different from rat aficionadas because otherwise that one just becomes competition, and that's a great group. I think we should get more people to join this one, who don't know about rats. Then go on with rat loving discussion as normal!  [ send green star]
