Staccato Collective - Words A la Carte &/or Word Soup, Anyone? 

This is an example of 'Word Soup' or 'Words a la Carte.' After the compilation of our last Staccato Collective poem, each word that was contributed by each writer has been grouped together under that writer's name. From these--your own words--you can arrange or rearrange, to create another separate piece of your own.

One objective of this exercise is to encourage more members of the Slam Poetry group to jump into the Staccato Collective and participate in collective writing with us. Everyone should feel welcome to contribute as often as you'd like to each collective piece. And after the final compilation is finished each writer's words can be grouped.

Obviously, the more often you contribute on the collective piece, the more words of your own that you'll have to play with at the end of the collective writing. So if you feel the whim, pop in as often as your time allows.

The more, the merrier for re-grouping and seeing the surprise arrangement of words that you had already written...words that were on your mind...at another point in time.
