I SAW THIS earlier when I was spending time researching the WEEKEND's activities with Obama, and the MARCH both... Monday.

PEOPLE WHO ARE SOMEONE DON't bother with FOX. FACT.
As a person who attended the March as well as the HRC Dinner, I was very disappointed to see the lack of Celebrities that have been supported by our Community at both events. Granted Money is tight and I`m certain they too are not making what they are familiar with. However, I`m certain the talented Barbra Streisands` new CD did not hit #1 by a mass of Heterosexual Men pushing and shoving for it at Best Buy. When I attended LaBelles` reunion tour at the Beacon Theatre in New York City I grant you the audience was less than half heterosexual. And the list goes on and on. Even after winning an Oscar for his portrayal in "MILK", Sean Penn was no where to be found.
If we`re going to continuously support these artists we need to do so because of thier actions on our behalf and not just thier words. We`ve seen thier motivation on renewing their contracts with their Unions and thier coming together on the all too many ridiculous Bush Administration Initiatives.
We, too, need to be aware in who is supporting us Financially in enhancing the quality of our lives. Barbra Streisand, Liza Minnelli, Bette Midler, Cyndi Lauper, Patti LaBelle, Beyoncee (to name a few) all have a tremendous Gay fan base. Some of them have Gay relatives in their immediate family. Our dollars in supporting them by buying thier products has supported thier ability to write checks in what they see as politically correct. It was very disappointing not to see them at our Rally.
We have the power..............
I am suprised the Celebs werent there,
Everyone you mentioned has supported gay rights,and then there is Sharon Stone, Angelina Jolie and a few more who support us.
That stinks, I am highly upset that they couldnt attend this event.
