STONE BLESSING RITUAL

This spell may be used for blessing  large stones, such as those placed in
your
garden or on your altar. Touch or  hold the stone in your hand, saying: I
call
upon thee, stone of earth.  Formed by fire, sculpted by water, and weathered
by
wind. Impart the deepest  secrets of the earth to me. Teach me how to be
silent,
how to listen, how  to be strong without force, and how to be firm without
anger.
Lend me your  strength. Stones, even though they tend to be less dramatic than
fire,  swords, or glittering goblets, can be very powerful magical tools.
Crystals  are
one type of stone used for magic and meditation, but see what lessons the 
humble
pebbles, rocks, and boulders hold for you.
