hello: I am totally frustrated with Care2's petition site. I put up a petition and it lets people enter their information but when they go to sign a blank page comes up and their signature doesn't appear. I have not only frustrated my signers but have lost hundreds of supporters to my cause. Also, Have submitted help tickets to Care2 with not response and my sight is still not working properly. Should have generated it on Change.Org but have always supported Care2Care. HELP!!!

So frustrated with Care2. I've lost so many signers who have tried time after time to sign my petition and can't!!!
Ok , I just tried it too and my signature got shot off into cyberspace as well... it's clear that a techie should look at this... if they figure out what's wrong I'll sign again (if I can)

Sasha...thanks for recognizing we have a problem. I have DES sisters all over the world. They did an experiment yesterday to see about the petition. 30 people tried to sign over and over again and couldn't! This is so frustrating!!!

Care2 has a Group, called Feedback and Suggestions. If you Join the Group and post this there, Eric, will be able to help you. Eric is not only the Owner of the Group, but he is also the Care2 Customer Support person. I am sure that, unless he is extremely busy with so many other things, that he will Fix this immediately. If not immediately, then he will ask the Engineers to fix it for you and it won't take too long.

I was alerted to this thread. I've got a bug filed woth the Engineering Team, so hang in there and we'll see what we can find out and get that corrected for you.
