I just finished watching Ms. Tree Bressen's YouTube video about sharing living and sharing autos.

WOW! There's A LOT of work that appears necessary to form and sustain an intentional community!! It seems as though the IC that Ms. Bressen was involved in worked well because there was/is a fair number (I think she said from 9 to 10) of people involved and that she said each person brought a needed skill to their IC. I imagine that the more types of skills people have available, the fewer problems an IC has to deal with.

I also thought that having someone with management skills like Ms. Bressen probably made the entire IC function much more efficiently than someone with, say, average management skills.

is that something many people would be able to do?...converting to electricity. i know dora could do it!

some of the electric assist bikes/trikes/4 wheelers are not much different from what is considered a car...except if you run out of electricity, you can still use human power!

in a community there could be car sharing using a variety of vehecles. some communities require car sharing of the community cars, like dancing rabbit or it could be a voluntary situation like in the tree bressen video which is actually independent of the community she also talks about.

I LOVE the cab bikes! so cute. But I prefer my bike LOL!
