I have been traveling across the country and am appalled at the amount of Styrofoam that is used in the hotel and food industry. This prompted me to write a tax law which would discourage companies from making and using Styrofoam and plastics which can not be recycled. We need to tax the hell out of these harmful products and the taxes collected need to be spent on a massive clean up of our oceans. Please help me write this law and encourage manufacturers and entrepreneurs to stop using such harmful products.

I have met many people on the in CA who agree with me about making a plastic tax.  In San Francisco they banned plastic bags from being used in any shopping store.  This is great news and shold be enacted everywhere.
