What if Invisible Youth Network earned a donation every time you searched the Internet? Or how about if a percentage of every purchase you made online went to support our cause? Well, now it can! GoodSearch.com is a new Yahoo-powered search engine that donates half its advertising revenue, about a penny per search, to the charities its users designate. Use it just as you would any search engine, get quality search results from Yahoo, and watch the donations add up! GoodShop.com is a new online shopping mall which donates up to 37 percent of each purchase to your favorite cause! Hundreds of great stores including Amazon, Target, Gap, Best Buy, ebay, Macy's and Barnes & Noble have teamed up with GoodShop and every time you place an order, you’ll be supporting your favorite cause. Just go to www.goodsearch.com and be sure to enter Invisible Youth Network as the charity you want to support. And, be sure to spread the word!

Lets hope a few others do the same Aj - if all use Goodsearch having first selected IYN we could get some useful funds .... trouble is that ppl are so used to their Gooogle, Yahoo, Bing etc .... I was supprised to see that we had been registered there so long without many of us knowing ....???
Well, the word will get out now because I'm not only aware that this is still going on--thanks to you!--but I'm also that much more computer/Internet saavy that I'm more able to get the word out.
For instance, check out my latest invitation, which I began using at Facebook just a few minutes ago...
Thanks, in advance, for checking out My Helping Hand Journal, signing my guest book, and doing a search and/or shopping while using my special Good Search/Good Shop button that raises funds for IYN: http://mhhj.blogspot.com/

Been using Good Search for IYN,
Folks, even if you prefer another search engine, can still first do your search with good search and if in the event your are not satisfied with results, then you can alway use another search engine.
Hello friends, I finally checked this thread, I am sorry but I do alot of other things and am involved in many other causes for helping to make the lives of others better too as well as animals. But I have decided to come here at least every few days and keep up on what is going on and what more I can do to help in any way. I am going to add this to my profile both here and on facebook. I will let the people I know on facebook and here about it too and ask if they could support the homeless and at risk youth with it if they are not supporting something else already. TTYL Peace, love and hugs, Ariel
Thank You Ariel!
I just piddled around with it and it, somehow, arrived on my toolbar. I can tell you how to get a button on your blog or website, and that is to copy and paste the provided html code like you do when making graphics. If you have blog or website, I could talk you through that. And it should work right on your profile page here at Care2.
Here's another idea...
I write for a site called Epinions. Perhaps, some of us who do any kind of writing should think about joining there. I'm familiar with designing profile pages and could help anyone needing help with theirs.
Here's mine...

Notice that I have included a Good Search button with it.
I've also written an article that pretty much tells it like it is when it comes to our invisible youth...

Of course, as the old saying goes, you can lead a horse to water but can't make him drink.
We can post and post and post until we're blue-in-the-face, but it's still up to those who see our posts when it comes to response.
All we can do is just keep trying.
Would you like to help me to "blitz" some writing sites with articles/poems/etc. about homeless and/or otherwise at-risk kids?
We could do things such as starting to review the products we send out to Russell to be distributed among our kids.
Like, we could do a review of a drink pouch and, then, mention how drink pouches are needed by our kids. Same goes with other things such as backpacks, soap, etc.
We could do reviews of Good Search, Just Give, etc.
like, just click on 'Download toolbar" unless you want to go bloggerific~ then AJ definitely person to assist you!![]()
LOL
