I am Judy, and I ADORE musicals.  My parents have been
taking me to musicals in Boston since I was very young.
Don't ask... I saw THE RED MILL, SHOWBOAT, OKLAHOMA
in the early 50s or late 40s.

Thanks for starting this group--they're always fun for me.  Andy here, and I've loved musicals ever since I faked sick from school to watch Gene Kelly movies.  I feel so bad for people who hate musicals, so I'm glad to be in a group with others of my ilk

Thanks for the invitation to join this group Willy. I love musicals. My favourites years ago were the films starring Tommy Steele. Loved South Pacific and West Side Story too. It's wonderful to see that they are making musicals again - great entertainment!

I LOVE musicals, anything where someone just burst into song just because they can...sheer bliss. I don't know off hand my favourite, I love them all ! But my childhood influences were Jesus Christ Superstar, Godspell, Sound of Music....quite a range really !
I love Hair, Rocky Horror, Hairspray, Chicago, Dancer in the Dark, Cabaret, Les Miserables, Grease.....oh too many to name.......but I know it's a winner if I cry from the opening music !
