does anyone know where Parsifal Rain is ?

The inevitable

I support every ones view on world peace. I know deep in the pit of my soul that our fate is sealed. 7,000 people to create world peace amongst 100,000,000 is just not enough. I just hope that people open up their eyes and see the truth. Jesus is coming and his father will judge and his wrath will be swift and there isn't a thing we can do about that. I just hope we as a people can see this message and reach out to a loved one . Peace and happiness to all

Beka, you are obviously a person of some intellegence of these matters, I am not. I agree with some of what you say but in response may I just say this, for now there is peace and is not peace what we are all after? In 1967 or the 6 day war Isreal, to my understanding seen itself as surrounded and above all about to be pushed into the sea. The Golan Heights was one of the areas that was captured by Isreal. True Isreal struck first but after Egypt had made it clear that the UN was no longer wanted in the Suez canel. They then enforced a naval blockaid which closed off the Gulf of Aqaba to Israeli shipping. In the end though Israel found itself incharge of countless Arabs who were not Jewish. The problem goes on and on. All I am saying sir is that now, for now, we have children are dying or suffering from warfare and with this I close my argument. Peace.

“Syria is significant in the history of Christianity. Apostle Paul, was converted on the Road to Damascus and emerged as a significant figure in the Christian Church at Antioch in ancient Syria”

Israeli Minister, Moshe Dayan said in a 1976  that Israel provoked more than 80% of the clashes with Syria.”

Golan Heights is a strategic plateau in southwestern Syria. Israel captured the Golan Heights from Syria in the 1967.

Recently, as a result of its political isolation which includes significant economic sanctions from the Arab League, EU and the US, Syria has low rates of investment, and low levels of  productivity.

Economy  was based on OIL, agriculture, tourism, and over 10% people were Christians.

ECONOMY ISOLATION is first proven step to concqure.

No more < Arab spring>  term , as its disguisting due to thousands killed. Its known , lot of unemployed Youth in Cairo was  receiving money to protest.

How about USA/EU stop being World policeman?Afgan chaos, Iraq chaos, Kosovo chaos, Macedonia under Albanian strike now, etc...

Teach and help developing countries to impell democrtatic wiev and institutions, instead of ruining their economy and force them to be obidient.

Randy, its known where Hamas wing was practicing, but did not know about Israel. Surprise, but acceptable when money counts.

im sorry. But I just don't fact I just can't believe that Hamas is trained, given arms and everything else by Isreal. The last I heard they were bitter enemies. But some people's minds can't be changed and I will also say this about myself! I could be wrong. 2 plus 2 =5.

I just can't buy Hamas is trained by Isreal. But I could be wrong friend. Im have no doctorate or anything im just giving my opinion. Above all lets be thankful for the ceasefire.

Right now some group that I can't spell is firing rockets at Isreal, the whole thing is over the Gazza strip??? So, Israel fires rockests backs and with its superior war intellegience it just picks off the leaders of the leaders of the religious group. If rockets were falling on America (and Im not taking a stand either side..unless you call PEACE a side) what would America do? I think far..has shown great restraint, although its tanks are lined up all ready for a ground war. Is this for real??? I just question the whole thing. A friend of mine said words of great wisdom "there will never be peace untill both sides recognize the others right to exsist" This could get so outta easily....its easy to write on paper but people are dieing over there. Does WWIII bother anyone?

Add Your Name!

We are at an historic moment when decisions are being made in the United States and Israel on whether and when to attack Iran.

These will be decisions by politicians and individual commanders and air, missile and drone crewmembers charged with the responsibility of raining down munitions in a strike that will likely kill hundreds if not thousands of Iranian people and potentially spread deadly nuclear contamination to millions in Iran and surrounding nations.

Beyond this, an attack on Iran will almost certainly bring retaliation that will result in even more human casualties and will disrupt global oil shipments, with severe human consequences around the world.

An attack against Iran by the United States and Israel will violate morality, international and domestic law and the interests of humanity.  Additionally, both Iran and the United States are parties to the Kellogg-Briand Pact which forbids the use of war.

There are those of us signing this appeal who have been members of the United States and other armed forces and understand very well the difficulty of refusing to follow an order to attack.  At the same time, each of us has the responsibility to preserve human life and nature in the face of inhumane and illegal orders, a responsibility defined by the Nuremberg Conventions.

We urge all of you who may be called upon to attack Iran from the air, and indeed all military personnel who may be engaged in any kind of attack on Iran, to refuse to do so.

War Is A Crime

So please sign this NO WAR ON IRAN statement and circulate at the Left Forum, especially at the panels you're speaking at.

The U.S. and Israel are openly threatening war on Iran.  These nuclear-armed powers state "all options are on the table" to stop the Iranian nuclear threat.  In fact, Iran has no nuclear weapons, and US intelligence agencies state there's no evidence Iran has a nuclear weapons program.  Meanwhile, the U.S., the EU, and Israel are already waging a covert war on Iran through punishing sanctions which impoverish ordinary Iranians, secret operations, military threats, assassinations, and drone overflights.
Even if Iran possessed nuclear weapons, a U.S.-Israeli attack would constitute illegal, unjust, and immoral aggression.  Such a war would not rid the Middle East of nuclear weapons.  Such a war would not end oppression or liberate the Iranian people.  And the toll in Iran and beyond would likely be enormous – the Union of Concerned Scientists warns a “bunker-buster” bomb dropped on an Iranian reactor “would create massive clouds of radioactive fallout that could spread far” and “the number of casualties could range up to more than a hundred thousand.”
So we demand: End these threats!  Lift economic sanctions!  No U.S. or Israeli attack on Iran!

No War with Iran!

John D. Rockefeller IV, D-W.Va., 2007 chairman of the Senate Intelligence Committee, said that any U.S. military move into Iran would be "catastrophically stupid" and "unleash a conflagration like we've never heard of before." We could not possibly agree more.

Resistance to a military strike on Iran is growing in Congress, but it needs your help! Sign the petition to Congress below - No War with Iran! House Speaker Nancy Pelosi said recently that she would introduce legislation to stop such a strike, so our demand is beginning to get through. But the pressure needs to be much, much stronger to stop a President who has apparently gone mad with war and his own power.

Please know that your email address is for internal purposes only; we will not send it to the petition recipients nor share it with any other organization for any purpose. Thanks also for forwarding this to your friends, colleagues and listserves. We need everyone who wants to bring peace to the Middle East and prevent a war with Iran to join the effort now!

1,000s march in Tel Aviv against war with Iran
3 years ago
Protesters express opposition to strike on Iran, voicing anti-Netanyahu slogans and railing against AIPAC.

By Ben Hartman

In the first significant antiwar- with-Iran protest held in Israel, around 1,000 people marched through central Tel Aviv on Saturday evening to voice opposition to those calling for a military strike to stop the Islamic Republic’s quest for nuclear weapons.

“We will not agree to an irresponsible Israeli attack on Iran, leading to a war with an unknown end-date and casualty count,” organizers said on the protest’s Facebook page, under the title “Israelis Against the War.”

“The billions that this war will cost will be paid by us – in health, education, housing – and in blood.”

One protester, Chen Sharabi- Cohen, 32, couched his opposition to a war in terms of how it would affect poorer Israelis.

“I live in south Tel Aviv, where we don’t have bomb shelters or the protection we need. We have nowhere to go. If they want to attack Iran, they should first worry about preparing the home front,” Sharabi-Cohen said.

The rally was inspired by a campaign launched last week by an Israeli couple looking to reach out to their Iranian counterparts.

Last Monday, Ronny Edri, 41, and his partner, Michal Tamir, 35, both graduates of the capital’s Bezalel Academy of Art and Design, uploaded pictures of themselves on Facebook that read, “Iranians, we will never bomb your country. We love you.”

The anti-war meme quickly went viral, and within days there were dozens of such photos posted online by beaming, non-threatening Israelis.

Soon, the Iranians got into the mix, with several posting messages of love to Israelis, albeit most with their faces blurred or removed altogether.

The Israeli and later the global media took notice, and a graphic artist’s posting became a major news item.

Saturday night’s protest was not planned by Edri and Tamir, but organizers said it was a natural extension of the spirit of their online campaign.

Thank you Bee B.

The more we share the harder it will get for the warmongers to invade the Iran.

But it is not only for the Iran, behind Iran there stand their allies - Russia and China and such the whole thing could easily turn out into WWIII.

please donate and help us spread the message

To the Iranian people
To all the fathers, mothers, children, brothers and sisters

For there to be a war between us, first we must be afraid of each other, we must hate.
I'm not afraid of you, I don't hate you.
I don t even know you. No Iranian ever did me no harm. I never even met an Iranian...Just one in Paris in a museum. Nice dude.

I see sometime here, on the TV, an Iranian. He is talking about war.
I'm sure he does not represent all the people of Iran.
If you see someone on your TV talking about bombing you sure he does not represent all of us.

I'm not an official representative of my country. but I know the streets of my town, I talk with my neighbors, my familys, my friends and in the name of all these people ...we love you.
We mean you no harm.
On the contrary, we want to meet, have some coffee and talk about sports.

To all those who feel the same, share this message and help it reach the Iranian people

My name is Ronny, I'm 41 years old. I'm a father, a teacher, a Graphic Designer.
I'm an Israeli citizen and I need your help.

Lately, in the news, we've been hearing about a war coming while we, the people are sitting, watching like it has nothing to do with us.

On March 15th, I posted a poster on Facebook. The message was simple.
Iranians. We love you. We will never bomb your country

Within 24 hours, thousands of people shared the poster on Facebook, and I started receiving messages from Iran.
The next day, we got featured on TV and newspapers, proving that the message was traveling. Fast.

Please help us prevent this war by spreading this message.

We need your help raising money in order to buy media: billboards, major magazines, TV ads and finally Times Square screens. We want everybody to understand that there will be no war.
