Seligman is rural & she travels hundreds of miles to seek vet care,place animals etc.Prescott,Kingman & Flagstaff.

With the number of dumped,abused,and terrible breeding rate-Paula needs forever homes for at least 60 animals already vaccinated,sterilized & just waiting.

Volunteers are welcome.Fencing,dog houses,kibble or any pet supplies gladly accepted.

Go to petfinders to see some of the charming adoptables waiting to become a family member.

One of the best facilities I have ever had the pleasure of seeing.

Spoke with Paula today.

A resident friend in Seligman due to family illness is looking to place 6-8 horses.

All in healthy condition.Owner a 4-H member and horse trainer as well.

Please contact Robert's Roost for specific info. on each animal.

Also rcvd. an email from Chinle,Az.(basin deep on Navajo reservation.Owner is disabled and a move may be in order.Their pride and joy are their beloved 'paints'.Private qualified placement preferable to hooved animal rescues.

Anyone with good referrals to an Az. facility-please post or contact me.I will drive to see facility myself if any openings are available.

I am aware that a mare and two yearlings need sanctuary.Still waiting for further info.

The Prescott Shelter is not accepting any animals @ this time saying they are full to capacity.

Again,I ask anyone that is considering adoption ir can offer sanctuary to another animal to PLEASE contact Roberts Roost.

Animals from Seligman,Ashfork and other rural areas expect the roost to accept responsibility for even their own throwaway pets.

All animals are sterilized,vaccinated,of all sizes and ages.There are no people or animal aggressive animals there.They are just starved for some tlc and a forever place to rest their head.

All vet care and transportation has been ALL OUT OF POCKET and this woman could use some help.

A position is also available there for part time help watering & feeding in exchange for an able bodied individual or couple with some of their own income & own transportation.

In exchange there is land available to park your travel trailor or motor home for free.Site set up properly to accomidate.Another property may be made available to use with a very modest log cabin down the rd. for total pricacy.Must be reliable with no drug or alcohol issues.

Please consider an already vet checked healthy animal in need of a home.It creates room for the next animal in crisis.
