7.] PRAYERS ITNERNATIONAL /LOCAL AT CHRISTMAS~
8.]PRAYERS ACROSS THE EARTH/WHERE WE LIVE; FOR THE NEW YEAR~
As you make plans for the winter remember something most important-"including the Lord into your plans". In order to do this you must gather at the Prayer Gate for the specific purpose of prayer; and for wisdom from the Holy Spirit, and asking that the Lord reveal to us what our plans should be. Sometimes we already have plans made; but in this also we must pray for guidance, and permission from the Lord.
This is important because we need to be guided in our footsteps; and prayer in the beginning is important!
Gathering together to do this also helps us to be united in our plans; but only as the Holy Spirit guides us to do so.Many Christians have done things without the guidance of the Holy Spirit, and found that their actions and plans did not turn out well; however, even when it does turn out well, the Holy Spirit might have had an even better plan, that would fit together like a jigsaw puzzle, and lead to the perfect middle, and ending. Th eLord also can see the whole picture while we see only in part, and "through a glass darkly." Our vision may be distorted, and without insight, so though we may feel that we have good plans, we must pray and ask for the guidance of the Holy Spirit, before we begin making plans, and give the Holy Spirit time to speak to us! That way we are getting the best ideas, the best advice, and the best guidance; with the very best results. (Pray before acting!)
Give ear to my words, O Lord, consider my meditation.
Winter is the perfect time to meditate at the Prayer Gate! On cold wintery days; you should find a nice place to pray indoors; unless the weather is nice where you live. This is the time of year for reflection; interspection and meditation. When you spend quiet prayer with the Lord; open yourself up to the Holy Spirit, and think on the Lords power, and goodness! This is the time to think of how wonderful and majestic His plan to send us His Son to save us is!
My mouth shall speak of wisdom and the meditation of my heart shall be of understanding.
If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all persons liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him/her.
But the wisdom from above is first pure, than peacable, gentle, and easy to be intreated, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality and without hypcrocrisy.
When you go to meditate; you should also ask for wisdom. In James 1:5 we are promised that God will give us wisdom. For some people this may be a trust issue, or perhaps you will raised in a dysfunctional home where wisdom was not to be had, or at best you were handed a distorted form of wisdom. Perhaps you have lost faith in wisdom, because of the distorted views of some aspects of modern society, politicians, the large masses of con artists, scams and large corporations who are only interested in making money, and the completely distorted view of most media. Many of us are wondering what wisdom really is; and who should we believe?
James 3:17 tells us that wisdom is pure. There are no ulterior motives in God's wisdom; and God's wisdom has no sinful quality to it. God's wisdom is peaceable. There is no vengence in God's wisdom, no desire for violence, and no hatefullness, bitterness, no envy, no getting even, and no strife. God's wisdom is easy to be intreated; (the old spelling, the new being entreated, which means to be interceded). This means that you can easily petition, and ask for help. God's wisdom is full of mercy; so when someone says they have wisdom, look for the attribute of mercy, and God's wisdom is full of good fruits. When you test someone for wisdom, look at their good fruits, their actions, words, and show of good will; especially towards those less fortunate. And in wisdom look for meekness: James 3:13.
Psalm 119: 97; 98; 99
97.] O how I love Your law! It is my meditation all the day.
98.]Through Your commandments You have made me wiser than my enemies: for they are ever with me.
99.]I have more understanding than all my teachers: for thy testimonies are my meditation.
(Your homework assignment is Psalm 119:97 through Psalm 119:112)
God gave us Grace through Jesus; and because of this all of our past sins have been forgiven, and we have eternal life. This does not mean that we can go out and sin again, no, but that we have been allowed through heaven's gate; into heaven.
When we go into medition in the Lord, we should also meditate upon God's commandments. He gave us His commandments for our good, and to help us. And while; He has transformed us greatly, we still need to meditate upon what is right; and good for us to do. This is also one of many reasons, that it is important that we study the Bible, and meditate upon His word. We need to know what God's laws are, we need to know what God wants from us, and we need to understand in our hearts and souls, the importance of following His rules!
Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart, be acceptable in thy sight, O Lord, my strength, and my redeemer. Psalm 19:14
We all worry at times if we are acceptable to the Lord! Meditation can be helpful in these situations; and so can a humble attitude towards the Lord. Sometimes when we go to the Lord to meditation, our emotions and attitudes hinder our prayers and meditations. This is the time to ask the Lord to have the Holy Spirit to help us; to guide us, to calm us, and to flow over us as a waterfall, with peace and an acceptable attitude towards the Lord. Do not be afraid to ask; for in Matthew 18:18 we are promised to be given what we ask for!
Any tradgedy, loss or illness is more intense at Christmas time! This is why it is so important to pray for both lost souls, and good happenings at Christmas. Lost souls are really feeling lost at Christmas time. Each lost individual is facing a time when the emptiness is felt much more deeply than at other times. Our combined prayers hold much power in Christ, and against Satan's evilness and can; if said ernestly, sincerely, and in faith, draw a lost soul to Christ. Our prayers for good things to happen also are important. We must not leave the events which happen around Christmas time, to chance. Your prayers of protection, your prayer battles, your prayers of intercession are all important at these moments of time. Your prayers that others experience salvation are especially important to those who are lost and to make the world a better and safer place. So during the days before Christmas, and during Christmas, gather together, set aside times on the internet, text, and visit your Prayer Gates, to pray for both the salvation of lost souls, and for good things to happen at Christmas!
This Christmas pray for those who are lost in grieve for the lost of life in violent events, for the victims of hurricanes, and for the unsaved!
When attending the Prayer Gates this Christmas be sure to pray for all people across the earth. It is a blessed time that represents the human race; and hope for salvation. It is a spiritual time to pray for the whole human race as the Holy Spirit leads you. It is a time to pray for salvation for the unsaved; and unity for Christians everywhere! It is a time for christians to gather at both local; and international Prayer Gates. It is a time to pray for peace, love and harmony, that Christians everywhere remember the true meaning of Christmas, that the hungry be feed, the sick healed, and the lost found. It is a time that we should all pray in unity!
Christmas Prayer at the Prayer Gates should also include Native Americans. Not only are Native Americans in great need this time of year, but Christmas is a time when we are reminded of the great darkness on the earth, and the great light that came to shine upon us. We should pray that that great light would shine upon Native Americans. We should also pray that Native American Christians are protected, and also feel the support and closeness that all Christians everywhere feel for each other. That Native Americans Christians can celebrate Christmas, pray and worship Jesus without harrassment, without critizism, and in the joy and hope of the day!
This is the greatest opportunity to gather at the Prayer Gate; to welcome in the New Year, and to pray for people all across the earth. Whether it is international prayer, or local prayer it is extremely important that we claim the New Year for Jesus and Christians everywhere, that we guard the New Year Day and upcoming New Year with prayer for people across the earth; and for Christians across the earth, that we intercede for people across the earth, and that we engage in prayer battle against Satanic forces and Satanic plans.
This New Years Day should be a day of prayer, meditation, reflection, and joined forces against the evil one who walks the earth to cause trouble, pain, and sorrow!
And a day to rejoice that Jesus will reach more people to follow Him, to be saved and have eternal life. A day to have faith that Jesus will be victorious, that we will win more spiritual battles than we will lose, and that our prayer will be effective in so many ways! And that our own New Years will be happy, safe, and spiritually blessed!
