Greetings to all...
I have been a care2 member since 2005. I am 40 yrs old but disabled, so i cannot work. I lived on an island here near Wilmington,NC for about a year and just loved it. I now only live 3 miles from the same beach. If weather permitted, i would be there everyday, but am there at least 4x per week. Tho I am in daily pain, the warm sun feels great on my back & body and if the waves are not too strong, i can exercise in the ocean (as i cannot on land)
I am so glad i found this group! If yall' need another co-host, I'd just love to.
I am not able to post pix or links (via copy/paste) in this new group format, but, am awaiting info. on that soon.
