Linda B.	October 14, 2009 7:42 AM Good morning to all. I can't believe October is almost half over already. We are experiencing the coldest October in quite a while. Right now it is in the 40's and windy out. We're supposed to get rain later today. Some of the cornfields in my area haven't been harvested yet. If the farmers don't get it in soon before the frost comes,they are going to loose that crop. This past sunday my church had a mini end times prophecy conference. We had a special speaker talk on Revelation during adult sunday school,morning service,and evening service. Of course one can't cover the entire book in just 3 one hour sessions,so a general overview was given. We covered the rapture, the great tribulation,the rise of antichrist, the seal-bowl-trumpet judgments, the marriage supper of the Lamb, the second coming, the millinium, Satan's final rebellion, mark of the beast, great white throne judgment, the new heaven and new earth. The speaker pointed out we shouldn't be looking for the antichrist or trying to guess who he might be. As Christians, we should be focusing on the return of Christ. Also the urgency was stressed to get our friends and family saved so they won't have to go through the great tribulation. Eventho one can still get saved during that time,it will be an awful time to be a believer. Did you know God promises a blessing to those who read Revelation? [ send green star] [ accepted]
