If that is the case, then the foundations of a system should be in place or beginning to be put into place. We are living in the last days of the last days. Those of the Western Mindset points to the Catholic Church, New Age, Secret Societies, Sects, Groups, Organizations. Those of the Eastern Mindset asks - "Who, What & Where are these systems?"
